FBFG is investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Espar, Inc., and its co-conspirators, sellers of parking heaters for commercial vehicles. On March 12, 2015, Espar pled guilty to a one-count felony charge that it fixed prices for parking heaters along with unnamed co-conspirators. The parking heaters sold by Espar and its co-conspirators are independent of the vehicle’s engine and are used to heat the interior compartment of a motor vehicle.
