As we reported previously, our attorneys recently brought suit on behalf of Danna Graewingholt and a class of victims of the Saint Joseph data breach. Additional lawsuits have been filed. This breach occurred because Saint Joseph Health, a major provider of healthcare in California, wrongly disclosed the personal health information of over 30,000 people. Victims of the disclosure include patients at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, Petaluma Valley Hospital, Queen of the Valley and patients in Saint Joseph facilities in Fullerton and Mission Viejo. On September 12, 2012, the Court appointed our firm and Robinson Calcagnie Robinson Shapiro Davis, Inc. as co-lead counsel in this case.
We look forward to obtaining judgment for Ms. Graewingholt and all the victims of Saint Joseph’s disclosure. If you were victimized by Saint Joseph’s data breach, please contact us to discuss your legal options.
