Attorney (Junior) – Class Action Associate

Finkelstein, Blankinship, Frei-Pearson & Garber, LLP (a White Plains, New York based class action law firm) is seeking to hire a junior associate who is admitted in NYS. Candidate must have strong writing skills, ability to work independently and possess a strong, positive presence and advocacy ability. Responsibilities will be substantial and will cover all phases of litigation, with the associate expected to immediately assume important roles in on-going cases.

We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits plan that includes subsidized medical premiums and a matching 401k program. In addition, we offer paid vacation, sick and holiday time.

Attorney (Mid-Level) – Class Action Associate

The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of litigation experience, including emphasis on class action work. Candidate must have strong writing skills, ability to work independently and possess a strong, positive presence and advocacy ability. Responsibilities will be substantial and will cover all phases of litigation, with the associate expected to immediately assume important roles in on-going cases.
