What information do we collect?
When you are browsing our site you do so anonymously. The only personal information we collect is that which is provided to us by you. We do collect information about the computer and browser you are using to view our site, but this information is limited to which pages you access and your IP address (a number automatically assigned to your computer.) We offer our clients the ability to e-mail their attorneys to inquire about their case and to offer additional information regarding their case. This form of communication has been judged to be no different than traditional mail. Therefore, the same attorney/client privileges that are provided for traditional mail, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings apply to e-mail communications as well. However, because e-mail communications are not 100% secure, our clients should know that when they provide information in an e-mail, they do so at their own risk
