We have often noted that all Americans should be paid for all of the time they work and that if you work over 40 hours a week, you are entitled to payment for time and a half. A recently filed lawsuit has accused Panda Express of failing to pay employees for rest periods that are offered by Panda Express. The lawsuit alleges that Panda Express allows its employees to take breaks while at work, but that Panda Express then wrongly docks the employees’ pay for those breaks.
