Partner Jeremiah Frei-Pearson is a passionate consumer advocate who has successfully represented consumers and employees in complex cases against corporate wrongdoers. Prior to founding Finkelstein, Blankinship, Frei-Pearson & Garber, Mr.Frei-Pearon worked at Children’s Right, a national public interest organization, litigating on behalf of foster children. As a Legal Services of the Hudson Valley (LSHV) board member, Mr.Frei-Pearson will help to protect the rights of Hudson Valley residents. The LSHV provides free, high quality counsel for Hudson Valley residents whose basic human needs are at stake. The LSHV provides an array of legal services, including protecting individuals from domestic violence, defending seniors against abuse, serving veterans on the home front, supporting the rights of the disabled, ensuring that LGBTQ individuals are free from discrimination, promoting children’s well-being, and keeping families in their home.
