SYRACUSE, NY (CNY CENTRAL) – A settlement reached earlier this year has been approved by the courts in the ongoing case of neglect and poor care at a Syracuse assisted living center. “I just hope that like you know they hold to their words and that they give the care to the people that can’t care for themselves,” explained Laura Capozzolo.
