Are your paychecks arriving late?

It appears that there are disruptions with Blue Yonder, the payroll company for Starbucks, Safeway Inc., Albertson Companies Inc., Jewel-Osco, Kroger Co. Ralph’s Grocery Co, Fred Meyer Co., Proctor & Gamble Co., and Anheuser-Busch, Inc.

Starbucks and the other companies use a third-party software system, Blue Yonder, to track and manage employees’ schedules.  On November 22, 2024, Blue Yonder announced that its managed services hosted environment experienced disruptions due to a ransomware incident. Customer Update. This incident may have not only exposed your personal information to criminals, but also resulted in inaccurate paychecks.

If you are an hourly employee at Starbucks, Safeway, or any of these companies, your paycheck might have been affected due to this payroll software outage. As the holidays are approaching, each paycheck matters.
