Stanford School of Medicine, Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Data Breach

It was recently disclosed that on January 9, 2013, a laptop was stolen from a Stanford School of Medicine physician’s car containing personal information. 57,000 patients have been notified that their information was exposed.
