Ms. Khalil is an associate at FBFG, where she specializes in civil rights, labor law, consumer protection, and data privacy class and collective actions. Ms. Khalil has experience in all aspects of complex litigation, including preliminary investigations, pleadings, discovery, class certification, dispositive motions, mediation, settlement, and appellate practice.
Prior to joining FBFG, Ms. Khalil worked as a legal consultant with the World Bank’s Women, Business, and the Law team, and interned at various public interest organizations, such as the Brennan Center for Justice and the American Civil Liberties Union.
Ms. Khalil earned her J.D. from George Washington University Law School and her B.A. from New York University. During Law School, Ms. Khalil served on The George Washington International Law Review, was recognized as a Thurgood Marshall Scholar, and received President Obama’s Volunteer Service Award.
Ms. Khalil was selected to the 2018 and 2019 New York Metro Rising Stars lists.
