ASUS guarantees that its laptops will not be defective, and, helpfully, ASUS offers free repairs within 14 days to consumers who purchase defective laptops. Unfortunately, consumers recently reported that the free “14 day” repair may not be such a good deal. The 14 day timeframe seems like a bargain. After all, no one wants to purchase a defective laptop, but, if your laptop has problems it seems reasonable to wait a short time for ASUS to repair the laptop. However, multiple consumers have reported waiting several months for ASUS to repair their new laptops. These consumers report that ASUS simply ignores its own 14 day timeframe.
If you had to wait more than 14 days for ASUS to repair to your new laptop, you may have been a victim of consumer fraud. Please contact us to discuss your legal options.
