After Hurricane Sandy, many Cablevision customers suffered an outage of certain services including television, internet and/or telephone from Cablevision. Despite Cablevision’s failure to provide these services to area’s affected by Hurricane Sandy for days and in some cases weeks following the storm, it is believed that Cablevision continued to collect money from its customers during this outage period.
