SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) – Onondaga County Supreme Court Judge Anthony Paris has approved a settlement between the class action plaintiffs and the current owner of the former James Square Nursing and Rehabilitation Centre, now renamed Bishop Health.
The judge preliminarily approved the settlement over the summer, allowing the invitations to join the suit to go out to the affected patients or surviving relatives.
