Have You Purchased Nyloxin To Treat Chronic Pain Or Addiction? You May Have Been A Victim Of False Advertising

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration recently issued a warning letter to Nutra Pharma, the maker of the Nyloxin line of products — including Nyloxin Oral Spray, Topical Gel, and Topical Roll-On — calling out the company for “preying on patients who may be seeking alternative treatments for chronic pain, cancers, arthritis and autoimmune and neurological disorders” by selling Nyloxin as a treatment for pain and addition even though the products “have not been demonstrated to be safe or effective.”

As FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb said, “Health fraud scams like these are inexcusable.  These patients deserve proven treatments not false promises that can deter them from seeking otherwise effective care, and that can also contain ingredients or contaminations that can threaten their health.”

FBFG is currently investigating Nutra Pharma and its Nyloxin products for unlawful false advertising and related misrepresentations.  If you or a loved one has purchased Nyloxin to treat chronic pain or addiction, please contact us immediately to discuss your legal options.
