Lyft fights to avoid Americans with Disabilities Act in federal court

NEW YORK (Politico) – Lyft argues it should not be subject to the Americans with Disabilities Act and is fighting a federal class action lawsuit filed in Westchester County on the grounds that “it is not in the transportation business.”
