Dominos Pizza Fires Workers For Seeking Higher Wages

On December 5th, 2013, workers at the 181st Street Domino’s Pizza in New York City protested in favor of raising the minimum wage for underpaid fast-food employees.  A national blog reported that Domino’s responded to its workers’ demands by firing 24 delivery workers who asked only to be paid fairly.

Firing workers for demanding their rights is immoral and may be unlawful. Unfortunately, far too many pizza companies value profits over people – these companies unlawfully pad their profits by paying workers poverty wages.  Our attorneys are proud to represent thousands of pizza delivery drivers in multiple lawsuits that seek fairer reimbursements and wages.
