The Court conditionally certified our attorneys federal lawsuit against PJPA, LLC a Papa John’s Pizza franchisee in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. As a result of the Court’s ruling, all delivery drivers who worked for PJPA from March 13, 2011 through March 13, 2014 are eligible to join in this conditional class action.
