Have You Been Overcharged for Goods or Services by AmeriPride or Aramark?

If you purchased goods or services from AmeriPride or Aramark on a recurring basis, you may have a claim against AmeriPride or Aramark.  AmeriPride and Aramark are in the business of renting items such as linens, towels, floor mats, mop heads, uniforms, and aprons, providing laundry services, and offering various other workplace-related supplies and services.  AmeriPride and Aramark service a variety of industries such as automotive, industrial, oil and gas, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, food and beverage, and food processing.

Many of AmeriPride or Aramark’s standard customer contracts provide that the rates charged for goods or services will not increase above a specific threshold percentage without advance written notice and an opportunity to reject the price increase. Unfortunately, it appears that AmeriPride and Aramark may have been systematically increasing their rates above those contractually-delineated thresholds without prior written notification to customers, and without providing their customers the opportunity to reject the price increases.

The attorneys at Finkelstein, Blankinship, Frei-Pearson & Garber, LLP have successfully recovered tens of millions of dollars in overcharges for consumers.  We are currently investigating whether AmeriPride and Aramark unlawfully overcharged consumers for goods and services.  If you or someone you know is a customer of AmeriPride or Aramark, or any other supplier you believe may have breached its contract by overcharging for goods or services, please contact us to discuss your legal options.
